After showing the CO2morrow sculpture project on the facade of the
Royal Academy/GSK, Marcos Lutyens and Alessandro Marianantoni will be exhibiting CO2morrow at Seaton Delaval Hall, a large and striking
Vanburgh house just north of Newcastle and within sight of the port of
Blyth.

The National Trust have just acquired the property and it opened to
the public for the first time. This historic coal area – and Blyth in
particular – has now been designated the green centre of the North
East, so that the local bodies are focussed on green and
sustainability projects, as never before. Our installation, which
signals changing levels of CO2 will open
on July 1 and run until November, and then go to Waddesdon Manor for
December to Spring 2011.
